HomeVue Real Estate was started by Julita in 2017 with the vision to offer exceptional service and a superior commission structure over other brokerages so clients can retain more equity without sacrificing expertise or service. As an independent, woman-owned business without the mandatory franchise fees associated with the “bigger” brokerages, HomeVue Real Estate is able to pass on the savings to its clients.

Rich leads the HomeVue Team and is also a military veteran. Combined, Julita and Rich have 24 years of professional Real Estate experience, and both remain active investors aside from helping their clients sell or buy their homes. They are intimately familiar with each facet of the real estate process, to include the emotions involved, and work diligently with their clients throughout the entire real estate process from staging to closing and beyond.

Our target market is Central New Jersey, although we have represented clients beyond this area, it’s on a case-by-case basis.
